In the example shown 853 people arrive at the site, 126 added something to their cart, and were prompted to login or register, and 21 then continued successfully. 105 users (83%!) abandoned the process, meaning changes to simplify the signup/checkout process would significantly increase sales. We identified this problem, implemented the fix, and the sales of www.coffeehit.com.au increased by almost 300%.

Example 2 - Increase ROI on Online Marketing by 600%

www.fluffyfootwear.com sell "Emu" Ugg boots online.  We identified that users searching on the keyword "Ugg", while being the most sought after keyword in the industry, only purchased 1% of the time - costing around $60 in Google clicks per sale.  Users searching on the keyword "Emu" purchased 6% of the time (as it is a better targeted keyword), costing about $10 per sale.  It wasn't a difficult decision for the owners to move their $1000/month of "Ugg" traffic to "Emu" traffic to gain an additional 80 sales per month!
