2. Design Drafts - Salsa prepares design drafts for consideration, utilising usability best practice and any relevant design decisions from kick-off meeting
3. Design Refinement - Preferred designs are evolved into final web design, and approval is sought before construction commences
4. Construction - Refined design is converted to a functioning website, and content is loaded
5. Training & Go Live - Training is conducted, and the site is managed through a rigorous testing and go live procedure
6. On-Going Support - Salsa supports, maintains and hosts websites, offering business hours email and phone technical support
