Support Portal is a helpdesk system used by our customers to create support requests and to keep track of their support tickets.
The Support Portal also provides a link to the Knowledgebase, a store of information about frequently asked questions.
It is envisaged that in the coming weeks this portal will provide information about Customer's billable times and monthly support invoices.
